SSDI definition:
Many hard-working individuals who are no longer able to continue earning an honest living due to a life changing health condition, are righteously entitled to file for Social Security Disability Insurance, SSDI.
“Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is a federally run benefits program that provides aid to a permanent disabling condition. SSDI is financed by the Social Security tax. Therefore, any person that qualifies as disabled according to the definition provided by Social Security Administration (SSA), and who has paid Social Security taxes long enough to achieve sufficient work credits, can qualify for SSDI.” www.dissability-benefits-help.org
SSI definition:
Those Individuals that were born with a disability, or the aged, blind and other disabling condition, and who have limited resources and assets to sustain themselves, can file for Supplemental Social Security, SSI. “The SSI program is managed by the Social Security Administration (SSA), but financed by the general tax fund. Because the program is not financed by Social Security taxes, there are no work requirements necessary to qualify for SSI.” www.dissability-benefits-help.org
Regardless of the benefits claimed, both SSDI and SSI follow the same four stages to all applicants. Please hit here to see the four stages.
Prior to filing a claim, please verify that the condition can be validated by science. Learn more here (hit here).
If you have any questions or doubts during the filing process, please seek legal advice, as the cost is paid directly by the SSA, and you don’t have to pay out of pocket. To learn more about the cost of hiring legal representation, please visit: www.dissability-benefits-help.org.
Notice that disability counselors are entitled to be paid up to 1/4th of an individual back pay, and the amount currently capped by the Social Security Administration is at $6,000.00. The fee is not a retainer, as it is awarded to your appointee contingent upon if he wins the case.

Negotiating with your future Landlord, important questions you must to ask prior to signing a lease
Before signing a lease, ask the following questions, and once you have the answers, discern if the property is the right for your family’s future and peace of mind.
When do you start charging late fees? What is the grace period? How much is the initial late fee charge? Do you charge a late fee each additional day? Will you take partial payments? Can you add accepting partial payments into the lease agreement? What is the payment method? Can I pay with a local certified check? Can you please add accepting certified checks into the lease agreement?
What are the additional monthly charges, like trash, or renter’s insurance? Are those charges added to the monthly total?
What is the parking policy? Can I park my car backing into a spot? What are the tow truck charges?
Regarding utility bills, when was the last time insulation was added to the unit? If insulation is needed, can we note that into the lease agreement, and will the complex share in the additional cost of paying the electric bill?
What about pets? Do you have to report them?
What is the crime rate in the immediate area? Visit https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/tx/arlington/crime to determine if you are moving to danger. Can the rate be negotiated?
Does the complex offer any public transportation? What transportation solutions do they have for residents with limited means?
After you get answers to these questions, and some others you might have, decide if the complex is the right fit for your family.
